Anyone above 18 years can join. Mentors should have proven expertise in their field, while mentees simply need a goal or area where they seek guidance.
All bookings are prepaid and processed securely through the platform. Fees are fixed by BeMyMentor and displayed before checkout.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the session or “no-shows” (arriving 15+ minutes late) are non-refundable. Rescheduling depends on the mentor’s availability.
Yes. All sessions are private and must take place only within the BeMyMentor platform. Recording or sharing session content is not permitted for either party.
No. For safety and transparency, all communication between mentors and mentees must stay within the platform.
